The Outcomes Partnership was co-founded by Kevin Morrison and Sheena Hales in June 2002. Kevin has an accountancy background and has extensive experience in designing clinical and audit outcome measurement systems as a consultant to the NHS.

He has won numerous national awards for system design including being the first person in Scotland to be awarded the prestigious Scottish Enterprise Innovation award for Technology.
Kevin has worked in partnership as a senior consultant and adviser to many different public strategic bodies including the NHS Information Authority and the NHS National Casemix Office.

He has developed a unique talent and aptitude for translating strategic reporting requirements on outcomes measurements into robust, user friendly operational systems; that provide end users with detailed monitoring and evaluation functionality coupled with dynamic desktop reporting to support and enhance evidence based outcomes analysis.

The Outcomes Partnership is built on the principles of excellent quality products and providing a responsive and reliable service.
